Ka Chai Thai Street Food is about love, family and nourishing the community. It is a family-owned and operated Thai restaurant with a focus on quality and healthy food. Thai food is made with fresh herbs and spices that provide health benefits, such as lemongrass, Thai basil, kafir, kachay and turmeric. We have a passion for cooking and want to bring authentic, healthy Thai food to Midcoast Maine. We support our community, the dishes on the menu are made with fresh ingredients, which are “as local as possible”. We provide fresh ingredients and are proud of our authentic Bangkok street food.
