Joy has returned to her roots as a single-handed maestro of authentic traditional Thai food in her vintage food trailer in the Mountain Village plaza core. Expect the menu to change frequently and feature some unexpected but beautiful lesser known Thai dishes alongside her cult favorites. Joy cooks it all, so there is often a wait. But well worth seeking out the little green trailer in the Village’s plaza by the pond.
