Roost & Roast is a family owned restaurant located in Town & Country in Palo Alto. We are small take out only restaurant serving the local community with our brand of Asian-inspired comfort food. While our restaurant menu is largely Thai-inspired, the inspiration for Roost and Roast was to represent Asian-American flavor – building on the familiar tastes and flavors of Asia I grew up with and utilizing Californian ingredients and new cooking techniques that I’ve learned in my culinary career.
